We recommend starting with 18 grams of coffee (about 2.5 tablespoons) per 300 ml (10 oz) of filtered water. Adjust to taste. For pour-over, use water just off the boil (about 200°F/93°C). For French press, steep for 4 minutes before pressing. For espresso, use 18–20g for a double shot. Always grind fresh for best results.
