We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Processing Time
All orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $70 (before tax), within Canada.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because coffee is a perishable item, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, we want you to love your order.

If something isn’t right—
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@mokkavelvet.com. We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong product

To process a refund or replacement, please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

Subscription Policy

How It Works
Our subscription option lets you enjoy freshly roasted coffee delivered to your door on your schedule.

Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the frequency you choose (e.g., every 2 weeks or monthly). Charges are processed using the payment method on file.

Modifying or Canceling
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Refunds on Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for shipped subscription orders. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days for a replacement.
